did you hit the red button after you set the correct code on the dials? If so you can't miss the key

Make sure you examine all the pegs. Also, you won't need these until you've killed all the ghosts so don't worry about them too much. You'll find a place for them in the cemetery

In the bedroom with the green flower pattern on the bed. It's on the stand beside the candle!

If I remember correctly, the phone is just right of an unlit candle (if you have not lit them) in the room infront (i.e. when you press 'up' on the navigation) in the burning house.

The phone number can be found in the first house on the living room table

Try the living room in the 1st house. It's hidden in the plant in a vase.

check all the rooms in all the houses... I think one is in the room where you found the clover key (that was in the safe with the three dials)
