the thing is, i don't have google maps (and don't want to download it)....and that's the closest major city to those coordinates. nothing shows on those exact coordinates in the maps i used. not detailed enough i guess.

The phrase goes something like: "one. man..." and so on. each of those words (or phrases) has a meaning in Christianity. If you google around for numbers & symbolism you'll find the number corresponding to each clue.
