You should see a word balloon on the screen with the front door at some point. It didn't take that long for me, I just went from one side to the other and back and it was there. After you see the word balloon click the lower right corner of the screen.

You are putting the order code in the phone and not ordering it from the page itself, right?It only lets you order one thing. Make sure you only order the scissors or its impossible from what I can see.

I think that I got now the good ending, because I had all the items, and there is a song playing.
