It's not at all as difficult as those sliding puzzles, which it looks like. Just work your way from the bottom up and inwards out. Make sure that the inner (+bottom) most piece being rotated is correctly orientated. The rest can be corrected later.

Edit: Oh, and it's a good idea to start by rotating the center one twice.
... Uh, make that three times.

Row 1, number 5: I don't know either

Row 2, number 6: Play "Twinkle twinkle little star..." by rubbing the top of the glasses. After the first line the notes will appear and stay. You don't need to be able to read them... just count your way through them.

Row 5, number 2: Point each arrow towards each corner in a star. There's a template you can drag into view to help you (the little square).

I got row 2, number 6...finally, didn't dawn on me to have my volumn up, so I didn't realize what the song was supposed to be!!! lol

You may want to recount the number in that case. Which one exactly are you refering to?

And if you've done the one with the dresses, could you give us a hint. We're a lot of people stuck on that one.

if it's the fourth one down, second over, all you have to do is

pick up the box and drop it from up high

otherwise, I have no idea which one you're meaning, because the third one down, second over has a bomb and all you have to do is

put the bomb on the box.

you must have already moved the bomb then, and I'm not sure how to get it back because I can't seem to re-do that level either...

still not sure about the skirt one...the clue you gave is helpful, but not entirely sure how to implement it...
