Collect 6 bamboo sticks and 2 leaves. Use the bamboo with the dark spot next to the fire. Use the leaves with the bamboo sticks once they've been set.

Question:
Where do I use the stone key? Where do I use the rope? How do I get the artifacts from the flowers? Which of the 19 million waterfalls is the one with the artifact?

Walkthrough

From the starting spot, grab the Lighter off of the beach. Take note of the String in the tree. Head left.
Take note of the Golden Bean on the mountain. Head left.
Grab the Bamboo and head up.
Grab the Log and take note of the Fly. Head right.
Grab the Curved Bamboo Pole. Remember the position of the Lily pads, then head back left and then up.
Grab the Bamboo. Head back down then left.
Grab the Bamboo, then head up.
Grab the Log and the Leaf, while pausing to remember the numbers on the sign. Head back down and then left.
Grab the Log and then head left.
Grab the Log, the Bamboo, and the Leaf, then head up.
Grab the Bamboo and take note of the Gorilla in the path, then head down twice.
Grab the Log and the Bamboo, then make your way back to the tree you started at. Head up to the campsite.
Use the Logs (5x) on the rocks. Use the Lighter on the Logs. You now have Fire.

Use the Bamboo you collected (6x) on the dark patch of ground. Use the Leaves (2x) on the Bamboo structure you've just created. You now have a Hut.

Head down to the starting tree and use the Curved Bamboo Pole on the String. Open your inventory and combine the Pole with the String. Now head left, left, up, left, left, left, and down.
Grab the Can. In your inventory, click on the Can and then on the Tab to remove it (this may take several tries). Use the Tab on the Bamboo Pole with String. Head up, right, right, and right to return to the stream with the Fly. When the Fly lands, use the Bamboo Pole with String and Tab on the Fly. You now have a Fishing Pole. Head up.
Use the Fishing Pole on the water to get a Fish. Head back to camp.
Use the Fish on the Fire.

With a full belly, you can now get down to business. Head back to the Gorilla in the path. He'll give you a Key and task you with finding a Monkey. Head back to the sign with the numbers. From the sign, head up four times to reach a cabin. Use the Key on the center part of the door puzzle. Then, remembering the Lily pads from before, change the small circles to match the layout

Top two are dark, the bottom one is light.

Turn the Key. Now, rotate the three wheels to match the three numbers on the sign.

Top dial is 3, bottom dials are 12 and 9

Click the button to open the door. Grab the Monkey and the Golden Bean. Look at the Calendar, taking note of the date. Now click on the floor. Use the date as the password.

Grab the Knife.
Head back to the mountain where you saw a Golden Bean. Use the Monkey to get the Bean. Now head back to where you saw the Gorilla.
The Gorilla will now be gone, freeing up the path. From this spot, head up twice to find a Toucan in a tree. Talk to him and he'll give you a riddle: Mr. Mojo Risin'

Grab the Shovel and backtrack to the front of the cabin. Clicking on the path will reveal a soft spot. Use the Shovel on this spot to get a Stone Key. Return to the Toucan and head up. Take note of the crack in the ground. Head up once again.
Use the Knife on the Rope to add it to your inventory. Take note of the clue on the column. Head down and to the right.
There are three points of interest in this room. First, there is another crack in the ground. Then, there are two wheels. The top wheel will cause the water level to rise in another part of the map, and the bottom wheel will make it drop. You will need to get the water level to a specific point to advance in the game. First, head from this room back to the front of the cabin. Then, head left three times. Here you will see a clear pipe with two holes in it. Turning the wheels will cause water to rise and fall within this pipe. Your goal is to make the water level match each hole so that water will come out. When the water spills out of each hole, it will cause the cracks you found earlier to fill with water. You will have to backtrack to the pipe and see the water spill out before it will appear in the cracks.

Turn the top wheel four times for the first hole, then three more times for the second hole.

Once water appears in a crack, you will need to add a Golden Bean to the crack to create a beanstalk. Once you have both beanstalks, head back to the clear pipe.
You will find two large flowers with something attached to them. Use the Rope near the Monkey to bridge the gap between the flowers and the cliff. Now you can use the Monkey to retrieve the two items, which are Artifacts.
Head back to the Toucan in the tree. Clicking around the ground will reveal another loose spot. Use the Shovel to find a second Stone Key. Head up three times and right once to find a door. Use the first Stone Key to open the door and find the third Artifact.
Head back to the spot where you found the can, then go left to find a waterfall. Remember the clue you found on the column? Look around the left side of the waterfall about half way down to find the 4th Artifact.
Head back to the Toucan tree once again and head up five times to find an interesting statue that seems to be missing something. Use the four Artifacts on the statue. Then, following the dot pattern on the artifact pieces, click the dots on the top portion until a keyhole appears. Use the second Stone Key on the keyhole to reveal the Sea Crystal.

Use the knife on the rope on the floor. Use that rope to cover the gap and send the monkey over. (Try using the rope somewhere near the base of the flower on the left.)

There are 2 stone keys I know of.

One is where the bird is. One is in front of the hut.(Use shovel to dig them up) Use the one in front of the hut to open the door right of the statue you put the artifacts on.

Edit: Oh yes. Just to be sure, the waterfall you are referring to is the one left of where you find the can?...ARGH still not finding it. Anyway, gotta sleep now =.= Good luck.

I actually just found the door you use the stone key on when you responded. Thanks for the heads up about that second key though.

Get the key from the gorilla, the buttons are represented by the lily pads in one of the ponds. The direction of the sticks are on the sign board 3 Beach 9 Palm 12 Grotto or something. Think about the clocks and the time to see what direction.
