i did but i dont know what to do with it...
maybe it's nothing
anyways, to get it you will have to play the game till you bust the electric panel
there are 2 of those panels in the game right
so go to the other one and you will see that it is busted too and you can pull a lever there
it will open another room for you, it's one room left from the tile room and 2 rooms up

Yes, i had to play this version too, though i played the shorter version before. It's nice little harmeless game.
