After you've got blue gem and gone up in dumb waiter there's an "invisible" door opposite you... so walk across the room from the dumb waiter and you can get out there.

well.. i've finish the game.. welll.. u still can go up 1 storey. if u have the a bucket of water, use it to put down the fire at the fireplace (i hope u know where is the fireplace) and u will c a staircase. then.. after go up there.. everything will b solved.
