I've got:

Do-re-mi, twinkle twinkle little star, and london bridge is falling down. I can read music a little but it's not helping. I tried to combine them to make "Little Star is Falling Down" like on that piece of glass but that didn't work...

Yeah that's what I did, it ended up being AAGFEF, but that's only "Little Star is Fall..."

I also found it. Courtesy of Ragtolin from Nordinho.net. Here's their clue:

Orange,Y,Y,G,B---fa,re,re,mi,so
worked.
"Little star is falling down" is clue. Pick up the first sound corresponding to the word from 2 scores.

Apparently the music sheets weren't quite written right.
