i got past it:

after missile is launched use ir jam button (lower left of panel).
then fuel gets low --> use fuel res button
shoot green guy (by clicking on him)
you're done

Finally did the copter bit and landed. Stickman holds up his guns, it gives you the 3rd code and that seems to be it!! Is that really the end? What's with the codes then?
