I give the pencil and pape to the girl and then to the ninja,...so now I have a broken piece of paper

The note with the point looks like braille but cant decode

put the remnants of the paper in the bin and got broken piggy bank,opened milk and gave it to ninja and got another note

Done! I had to look up the computer password from another site, and I'm still not quite sure how I was supposed to get it.
