There is really only one item you interact with

the key

Also, to find the kitchen you have to click

the lamp upstairs

i found the kitchen and the key, but i still don't know what to do....

Why don't you try and

drag the key to the bottom left cabinet of the kitchen, click to open and then click the right cabinet
