I am not sure if I can help you with that but I just pulled up each nail in line.

I have finally completed the game after a lot of trial and error and playing the game severalt times. But it was worth it Simply amazing. The actors were really good. I hope such games are made more often. It reminded me of a game by BBC "The Seven Noble Kinsmen"
I had a good time punching James Ward and the guy in the cell

    ---------------------------------------------------------------

This is not actually a walkthrough. I have just given some tips and the evidences you need to provide when the Magistrate asks you questions. Make sure that you look thourly in each scene. Don't miss anything. Read everything since the story is really amazing.

    Episode I

Q 1: Who do you believe to be the murderer of Joseph and Thomas Williams?

Q 2: How can you be certain that the suspect is in some way linked to the murder and robbery of Joseph Williams?

Q 3: What makes you think that the same man who murdered Joseph Williams also killed his son Thomas?

Q 4: What was the motive for killing the Harlot?

Q 5: How can you prove that Doyle was hired by Williams to commit the murder?

    Episode II

This is the evidence I provided. However if you provide the wrong evidence she will be set free instead of getting hanged. In a way..it's good

Q 1: Who is the suspect for whom you seek to obtain this warrent?

Q 2: What was the cause of the deceased's death?

Q 3: But why would she have wanted her uncle dead?

Q 4: What makes you certain that George Harbottle died at Bedford?

Q 5: How can you be certain that the girl is the murderer?

    Episode III

Q 1: Who do you suspect to be behind the production of the unlicensed Gin?

Q 2: And what caused the deaths of the unfortunates in the parish of St Giles?

Q 3: And what connects this particular still with the Gin shops and contaminated bottles at the slum dwelling?

Q 4: What proof is there of the pawnbroker's involvement?

Q 5: How can you prove the scale of his enteprise?

    Episode IV

Q 1: What aroused your suspicions that smugglers were involved in the man's death in the cart accident?

Q 2: Who should be held responsible for the murder of the customs clerk?

Q 3 : Turning a cannon on a domestic vessel is a serious course of action. How can you be certain it was the right one?

Q 4: How can you prove it was definitely The Black Rose that was linked to these smuggling activities?

Q 5: What evidence do you have that there is curroption and smuggling on a wider scale?

    Episode V

Q 1: In your first case how do you believe Ned Roach was inc=volved in the murder of Joseph Williams by Bob Doyle?

Q 2: In your second case was there anything that connected Ned Roach to the house of ill repute and the sad story of Sally Harbottle?

Q 3: With your third case, what was the connection between our nefarious pawnbroker and Ned Roach?

Q 4: With your fourth case, how can you prove that Roach had any involvement with the smuggling ring?

Q 5: What reason would Ned Roach have to burn down the drapers?
