eye + star + star = octopus with plunger on head
star + star + star = Dog in tuxedo + top hat
star + star + red = Very large worm
star + red + red = Appears to be random
star + green + green = elephant
star + star + green = twooo frogs.

red + green + green = PRINCE! OMMMGGGZZ!!!!!11!!! ...He's uugly.

3 Pink juice

Hey, i tried the pink thing 3 times and got a cheese...funny one. i think i was luck to get the prince the 2nd time i tried...Lucky me!!!

In total there are twenty potions with an unique effect. As the order in wich you use the ingredients seems of no importance, that gives us:

01) A-A-A: Frog
02) A-A-B: Hamburger
03) A-A-C: Elephant
04) A-A-D: Prince
05) A-B-B: Monkey
06) A-B-C: Cat in a bathtube, reading a book
07) A-B-D: Lady frog
08) A-C-C: Two frogs
09) A-C-D: Frog (same effect as potion one)
10) A-D-D: Bear (with cocktail)
11) B-B-B: Pok?mon (I choose you...)
12) B-B-C: Chicken
13) B-B-D: Purple something... Alien or common housefly?
14) B-C-C: Octopus (and a little extra)
15) B-C-D: Santa Claus
16) B-D-D: Rhinoceros (yes, in pink tutu, like in Fantasia)
17) C-C-C: Dog in suit, with top hat
18) C-C-D: Worm
19) C-D-D: Skeleton
20) D-D-D: Slice of cheese

Enjoy. Not that A equals the green ingredient on the shelve, B stands for the eyes, C is a star and the pink liquid is represented by the letter D. So for the cat you pour in some green stuff, an eye and a star, though not necessarily in that order. A star, an eye and some green works too.
