First, What do I do with the carrot?

I got every item except third from the bottom. Also can't seem to

get milk

Oh wait. Just finished too =D

Hm. I think there is a perfect clear ending...but I'm not sure. I tried using the

elixir of immortality and got the same ending as when I don't use it.

oh, figured it out:

go to water, cut grass, find key and open chest in house, feed grass to cow and get milk, now I'm stuck after that

EDIT:

Click on the moon princess's diaper (not sure what it is ), to take it off, then feed it the milk, and then the carrot.
