I'm not real sure if the code changes for each game, so I'll give you a way to figure it out. Make a 3x3 grid on a piece of paper. 123 in the top row, 456 second row, 789 bottom row. Follow the directions you are given on the four pages in the locker. It tells you how to figure the code out.

when you go downstairs, turn around and look for a door with a wire grate or something and go through it. You will be in a room with lockers on the right side. Turn left and go down one screen. Then turn left again.Head forward and watch the cut scene or skip it. After the scene, there will be a bloody shirt with Brandon on it. Click the shirt and you will be given a key with top drawer on it. Get you hand on the spacebar. After receiving the key, you will get attacked by a forklift, hit spacebar to dodge. Afterwards, go back to the office and use the key on the top drawer of the file cabinet.

In locker five after you get the key. I think I posted an easy way to figure it out without going to look at the keypad. In the locker, there is two books with a piece of paper between them. The papers tell how to solve it. I'm not sure if the code changes though. But mine was

Umm I just thought I will try the 4 digit number you gave and it worked
I guess the code is same for every game.
