Heres a walkthrough for those who need it provided by Tosca from escapegames24

Talk to the lady: she says to give some money to the "artist", you receive a delightfull, tastegood knabernossi (nibblenuts?)Give it to the lady and she gives you cards to get in, but the gate is stuck.Get help from the fat guy.Get in.Talk to director of zoo and look in the infostand. This information is also in your notebook. choose a person and the director says you must help the pandabears (pandabaren). Take map and go.Click empty feedingsack and go to the feedhouse (futterhaus), click door and they say there is a key at the playground (spielplatz) Get him. Key is on the otherside fo river. You need a rope from the zeughaus. This guy tells you he must have a ....? yes a knabbernossi.Go to shop and buy one.Back to zeughaus. With the rope you get,fix it on the tree at the playground. now you got key.
To feedhouse and give pandafood to the bears.This you must tell the director at the info. Thereyou choose a new person and you must save a helper. I think he is in the snakehouse (terrarium).

Nice game, got a bit stuck at times though, I must improve my German!

I stuck on the 2nd quest (with the cobra).

I have:

a bucket with salt water and herbs.

I don´t know where I can find Knabbernossis to give it to the keeper at the "zughaus" to get the rope

I hope someone can help me.
