Oh, it's a long time that I played this one, but I think it was very next to the small door on the fence. You can use your tab key to locate the spots to put the animals.

Good News!
If you play through to the end----(even tho game credits are already scrolling) It's VERY IMPORTANT that you wait thru the elephant flying song/scene, cause there's still more game play!
If you haven't enjoyed a delicious slice of Mom's Apple Pie - you're NOT done!
O nce you truly finish the game - you will witness the circle of life - and visit the year 2016!

am totally stuck on the birds it wont the me click on them (th ones taht fly by)

You just have to click every bird once. Let them fly by several times and click on them. Suddenly (after clicking them all) you'll see them from above and they will land next to the elephant. Just tried to check, it works.
