You don't have to drag items in this game. Just use space bar at the right places and the items will be used. For example,to open the drawers,you don't have to drag the key, just press space bar when you are standing near the table and the drawers will open.

Oke thanks, but I already found this out, my problem now is that I want to give Bob the medicine, but nothing happens.
I stand before him, click on medicine, click space-bar, clicked everything but nothing.......

You are not supposed to click on the medicine at all. If you click on the medicine icon, you are using the medicine for yourself and not for Bob. Just go near Bob and you will see the blue button written NEXT. Click on it and Bob gets the medicine. See to it that you have the medicine in your inventory. He needs only one medicine kit.

So you don't see it if Bob used it?? but how do you know he did?? the next step is to get something from him but I don't get anything..

Well, I'm gonna play again from the beginning I think.

You will see 1 medicine kit has been used from the inventory, thats how you know that we used it. She even keeps the medicine kit near Bob.

Are you playing according to Fuji's walkthrough or are you using the gun?
I played the game with the gun. I will tell you according to the way I played. As soon as I gave the medicine to Bob the monster appears. I killed him with the gun and went back to Bob, he gave me the crank.
But if you are playing according to Fuji's walkthrough then you first give the medicine to Bob. Then the monster will appear. You have to run away from him and go out and come back to Bob and get the crank from Bob.
