so far I fished out

rusty ring, remote control, rusty powerful gun, metal block, devastating explosive (ruined), and useless batteries (for the moment) and rusty seaman

rest I throw away

edit:

rusty chain, treasure chest and a key (turned into dust)

and keep looking

three locations with water where are hidden objects

now, you need only

a crawbar and that gus gun

first of all I don't know whick fan we should turn off. Till now I tried with 4 fans but they weren't the right one.
