stuck on lvl 3 ow the deuce do yu get past the guard?

um i got past the dude and i got the man on the first purple thing
but now what?!?!?!?! oh i how to get past the dude is find the balloon and click the thing under it.the balloon will fall and run up the latter and yeahif reading is not a crime then why read?
what the piont of trying to fly if we just keep falling?

how to get past level one and two (industry2)
heres what you do, for level one and two
level one
open all the doors
sound the horn
click on the rope next to the seed
click the lever for the crane
click the arrow so it points to the left
click the left button in the crane room
click the guy next to the seeds
click left button
click the slingshot
click the guy on the far bottom left
click the lever
click the guy on top of the box
click him again
and again
your done.
now for level two
click the guy in front of what looks like a house
click the button on the top of the screen (on the convayer belt)
now click the guy that moved
and click the button hes next to
now put your cursor pointing to the top pully on the slide thing
click the guy at the bottom
click the guy in the middle
click the button on top
click the middle guy
click the button next to him (at the house thingy)
now click the guy on top
now the guy on bottom and he will jump
now the button by the house
and now the guy on the platform
