This is the first time I'm playing a flash game like this.

how did you get thru the numbered doors level after the underwater bit?
I've been trying to map it but it appears totally random.
i only just discovered you can walk back thru the door you came out of to apear somewhere different.
Did anyone keep a note of the route thru those doors?

It's not that. At the beginning of the cave(just after you surface from underwater), there were roman numerals etched on the wall. That was the order.

Doesn't change so it should also be

3, 1, 4, 9, 7, 5

However, coming back through the door you came from might not bring you back to where you came from, so...guess you have to chance on getting the right door. Just keep using the numbers given.

Tried making a more detailed description:

Room 1: G on top, 3 below(choose 3)
Room 2: 5 on the left, 1 on the right(choose 1)
Room 3: 2 on the right, 7 on top left, 4 on bottom left(choose 4)
Room 4: 8 on the left, 1 on top right, 9 on bottom right(choose 9)
Room 5: 2 on the right, 7 on top left, 4 on bottom left(choose 7)
Room 6: 5 on the left, 1 on the right(choose 5)

I know that some rooms repeat, but I try to follow the order in case it does change the outcome.

those things arent very visible at all.
I wouldnt have seen them if you hadn't said they were there.
grey on dark blue, not useful for being visible to the human eye.
So how is the robot beaten? The only clickable thing above you (the lever) does nothing as you haven't got the time to go up, fire and get back. all he does is go up then cower back down again.

complete walkthru for anyone struggling!

SCREEN 1-shoot closest cable to cut it. push block. get on roof. shoot bee hive above. click cage to get grapnel. click lower branch to climb. click upper branch to climb.
SCREEN 2-shoot lamp. shoot guard. click cog to raise lift. shoot machine on lower ledge x3.pull level to lower lift. click pole on lift to raise 2nd lift.
SCREEN 3-Shoot chock (triangle) under round thing. Shoot round thing to move guard. select R5, go up tower & pull lever. Click on cable car.
SCREEN 4- shoot tail of helicopter.
SCREEN 5-Click branch on upper right. click wreckage.
LOADING, SCREEN 6-the maze, doors in this order 3, 1, 4, 9, 7, 5.
SCREEN 7- Aim at box by lever - you killed the robot!, click lever, click helicopter, you escaped!
