Well, it seems that there is one main screen, but you can go to "hidden" places from there

stick, combined with hook, and later with another item, got shovel, used 1 key, found another key, and got a little bell

left bush has lockbox, behind lockbox was an attachment, right bush has little mound (nothing yet), right side of tower has a puzzle (solved but where to use answer?), left of tower had walking stick and sign

Two items found combined into one.

Thats it so far.

You can look up at both sides of tower

First look up at the right side and get something. Later you can do something if you look up at the left side (above the note)

Inside tower with hair and three letters. Can't use screwdriver. Rapunzel had a lot to say when I used scissors on hair but I cut it anyway!

I brute forced the box with the three known letters, got part of a power tool

No idea how to unscrew that screw, and no idea about the outlet.

there is a false bottom in the puzzle box(power tool) you can yank up but it just leads to another screw
