These are the four endings I have and they all require going to cabin with the map highlighted.

1. Leave nothing and creatures wave goodbye
2. Leave backpack closed and they gather to look
3. Leave backpack open and they gather and take your stuff
4. Take backpack and leave stick squirrel makes smiley face.

I will try some of yours.

Lol. Mine are the same as yours. However, in order to retrieve the backpack you need to click on the path first. And if you have the map highlighted, you would be sent to the cabin without taking the bag.

Don't see what's so difficult.

Walkthrough

Put bag from inventory on base of tree stump.
Open all compartments and take a T-shirt, a cookie and a lighter.
Click on the cookie and then examine it further by clicking on the big green button at the bottom right. Break the cookie by clicking on it.
Go down and give one piece of cookie to the blue bird. You will not see any change in the cookies.
Take the stick that was behind the bird.
Click on the top of the tree and feed the squirrel. It should wake up.
Go down, then left once. Click on the sign to go closer. Feed brown bird a piece and take the map piece from behind the grass.
Go back, then right twice. Feed fish and it should move its tail. You can use your T-shirt on the river here to wet it as well.
Go right once and feed the frog. It should jump off the lily pad and reveal another piece of the map. Use the stick to get it.
Just in case, you have to feed the animals in this order: bluebird, squirrel, brown bird, fish and frog.
Go down to return to tree stump. Use wet t-shirt on the stump not sure what for.
Combine the two pieces of the map by examining one and using the other piece on the enlarged one.
Go right to see a path has been revealed.
There are four different endings found so far.

1) Close all the compartments of the bag then use map on the revealed path.
2) Leave bag compartments open then use map on the revealed path.
3) Use stick on the path that appears after joining map. Return to stump and take bag with you then use map on revealed path.
4) Same as 3rd but replace bag with stick.

Also, you can light the t-shirt on fire with lighter and use the small piece of map on it. However, I've found no use for it.
