for the map:

you have to turn it in the right sense. the arroes to click are: UP-LEFT-DOWN-LEFT-LEFT-UP-UP-UP-UP

the rubber gloves are in front of the villa? there are to pilars, on top ofthe right one are two pink rubber gloves (maybey you missed one direction --> its after the round thing on the road if i can remember)

I've the same but I miss the KITE... where is it?
Have you used the fishing rod with both the worm, the octopus and the lobster?

Ok so you have to use the fish rod in the sea just to the left of the ship. You'll catch an octopus.

If you need more help...

use octopus with the fish rod and fish in the weel near the temple... You'll get a lobster.

Use the lobster in the fish rod and use it in the lake behind the park with the girl. You'll catch an electric fish (use gloves to take it!)
