Go to where the chief told you to go... then talk to the guys with the guns, then go to the zit, and click on the dudes on the right side of the bouncer, then go to see world, talk to the lady taking pictures, then go to the zit again, tell the dude the password... now i need to get permission to morph.

to get the photo, you talk to the dude at the bar and keep buying him drinks till he points out the dudes to you. then you click on them.
