saw the pier and chase the tiger onto it, the tiger will fall in the water, go back to the pussy lady and move off, she'll leave.

NVM I made the pier a little week by using the tool. Just had to go the other way so the tiger wasnt on top

get the sunglasses or whatever from the masked priest up stairs, scare the tiger off, fill the bag with soot twice, use it on where the green jewel is to hold the door open.
