I'm done, didn't get any of the bonuses. They are

Find 8 cheeses, find 16 traffic cones, find 16 gold beer cans, find 5 hidden rooms, find 12 coins (minus the two you use)

I smacked 'em until the line disappeared. If you just click at random without hitting a leprechaun, the line grows faster.

Hitting those flies was almost too hard.

I've smacked over 100 leprechauns, no luck.

Don't click on them unless you're gonna hit them. Initially I was smacking everywhere. Had more than 257 hits. Tried again, and got them after 33 hits. When you miss, you have to hit more of them.

If you get through the game and want to go back and get all the bonus items, you'll need to refresh the page. Replaying it by just going back to the menu and starting over doesn't reset all the items, and I'm stuck in the Irish pub unable to gather any sandwiches.

Meanwhile, I know where three of the secret rooms are, wherein lie some of the other bonus items you won't be able to gather otherwise. They are

In the cellar of the first pub, click around the skeleton. In the Irish pub, click the Irish flag on the wall. In the heavy metal bar, click the skull above the bar
