on level 10...every time i get the lines intersecting...as i move off the switch..the lines go back....how to find the key and door???

Try

putting one finger where the lines were/are intersecting, and then move your arrow to that spot and click. Do the same for the door.

@Roggor....I was stuck at that one for a long time, too.
