I fail to see the logic to this.

I'm definitely missing something. I kept notes on every url I went to and there are many rooms I still can't go into

I haven't been to

39, 59, 79, 84, 86, 87, 88, 89, 94, 96, 97, and obviously 99

I even

double checked to see if there were two versions of some rooms and I could find any. No false dead ends that I could see either.

me either. Even after Mr. Logic's clue I can't get to the hinted square. I have attacked from all left to right squares so I believe to get to the square hinted in post #4 you have to come from top or bottom.

I have been to that square, but I am not sure what to do though.
