Put the ears and the grass on at the same time then water, I think you need to pin the ears into the grass, briefly remembering

put flowers on the ball first walter it once then put hat on water it again then take hat off put grass on and water done! i think thats right

23 giving me fits as well. Seems like I need 1 more tool since the hat and the spotmaker won't work together
