You need to use a

weight to knock down the two fans facing to the left, use a magnet to pull one of the steam generators to the right out of the way, and use the vehicle to move a right facing fan to the left side of the screen. You ultimately need to get the steam all the way up to the upper right corner hand to a steam generator next to where the water is.

Edit: Hey it worked! Although I thought I briefly saw juice in the circuit with the target killer weight it never dropped

No problem. 15 is incredibly easy for being the last level, so its best to get the most out of 14.

I see what you mean about 15. I wonder if the maker just missed the shortcut and the intended solution uses all the pieces.
