Hey! What you have to do to pick the nose is place the finger up the left nostril and when it says 1,2,3,4 click on it...I was like what the hell!?!

Actually it doesn't say "nose" it says "nos" ==> numbers...so just click the numbers as they pass by =D

Click on GO and the black ball should be at the point of your mouse. Then make it through the maze. Easy as pie, lol. Oh, and when you get to END, click it.
