How do you switch between modes?

Right click on the screen, choose "menu". From there you can choose the mode.
Make sure you don't choose to start a new game if you have already made progress, but to continue the game.

You're on the right track, but not quite there.

take away "man", and then read the rest backwards, this is again the name of a keyboard key

Logic 2

Each set of instructions form a letter. Draw out the TRUE lines to form that letter.

I tried that but didn't get it.

The TOP, CENTRE and BOTTOM lines are horizantal and the rest are vertical lines.
