On level 10, there's a little trick

Put the second bucket on top of the first

well finished the rest with no problems. I just was not thinking for 10.

Middle 2 liter tank add a bend and 2 horizontal pieces for the 2 liter tank at the bottom. For 4 liter tank use 2 bends after each other than a vertical piece, another bend and then a horizontal piece. The two pipes will be bend around each other.
