  • Digital Genius

    Hi there,

Here is our new game, Digital Genius.

It's a series of fun, brain-teasing tests in which players must try to beat a Mensa target score to become a Digital Genius. Amazingly, real members of Mensa have played the game to generate this target score.

    Play Digital Genius: http://www.areyouadigitalgenius.com

    Download the SWF (660 x 450): http://media.areyouadigitalgenius.com/game.swf

We hope you like the game.

    Thanks,

    Simone

I have questions on a few of these games:

Game 4, scales: How is this one supposed to work? I can't seem to understand it.
Game 7(?), logos: WHAT are you supposed to do here? I don't understand this at all.
Last game (before find your character): Whenever you type a correct answer, it will blast that asteroid, but it will still give you a wrong "buzz" for each asteroid that ISN'T that answer. Is this a mistake in the programming, or is it just something to make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a complete 100% in the game?

This game is loosely based on Mensa testing. In Mensa tests, it is impossible to get a perfect score. They measure how quickly you can evaluate the problem and can come up with a solution. As a result of this presentation, people will always score higher if they have taken part in a similar test in the past.

I too was not able to make much sense of the asteroid level.

The asteroid buzz is just a bug or something. I did the same thing but scored pretty high on that level. I still managed 89% with no answers that were actually wrong.

On the logos level, only one of those is the correct logo, with the correct color and the correct number of people (in the MySpace logo, which is what I got). Scales, man, I do not get that one at all.

Hi! Thanks for playing our game!

The object of the scales game is to choose the correct weight to balance out the other side. It takes the position of the weights into account, and is based on an official Mensa test!

On Mathsteroids you get marked down for colliding with an asteroid with your ship, pressing a number that isn't an answer and for any asteroids left over after the time is up. 100% is possible! I'm not sure what the buzz is all about though, I'll look into that, thanks!
