Someone asked my help with level 14 and now I can't find the message so I don't know who it was. So here is a hint and if you need more send me a pm.

You need to increase the quality of the picture (right click and choose quality)

If you tilt your monitor slightly you might be able to read the code without doing anything else

12 - If you can't hear what the animation is saying it is

"up, down, left, right"
