87542 ...there's no green elevator shaft. Only a small green switch.
I am also stuck on this floor like the other guy

?? If you don't go on the green switch then how will the BLIX get past the Green (last) gap ? Are we talking the same Floor 4, Panic Room?

I am not sure why but if you stay on the blue switch the bot walks right across the green hole......

Actually, I found it pretty easy.So, I am gonna return you the favor:
Make BLIX go through the middle of the floor.Use bombs in sequence to blast the wooden box near the right most corner to make way towards the red button. It should be easy from there.

How can I get Melvin over there to put directions on the other side of the green hole?

@BSS You can't do it all at once. Melvin has to stand on the button until BLIX crosses it once. He will automatically turn around. You have to run down there and place a left turn and run back up to the button before he comes back.
