You need to connect the wires according to the cicles on the left. Pull them up and down. Whatever color is at the top and bottom, that is which wires you connect. Just click and drag from wire to wire. Then you need to click and drag the phone reciever to the volume pad. It will tell you the code.

you move the boards by clicking and draging on the brown part, you delete the board by clicking the red bar, and to turn the wood you make sure it isn't transparent and drag at the top of the board.

Once you have cut the board pick it up by NOT using the red bar. Put it down somewhere on the board. Click on the top end and you will see little whitish arrows appear - click and drag in the direction you want it to rotate. move it to where you want then click on the red bar to drop it finally.
