sorry, it's a good game, and challenging, a hint, to help you, is to use the pause button to try and plan ahead when you know which alley the ball is coming out of =)

yup, i'm pretty stumped on that one, although, i think you have to manipulate the loop to move the ballso i t can hit the pins, whilst moving the other movables to bounce the ball back, soirry i can't be more helpfull
