Can someone help me get started on this game?

i don't get it. it says place block here..........what block????

The green blocks with the arrows at the bottom Click to pick up, then place.
Next to them it's said how many are available (X0, X1, X2 etc.)

Once you get the hang of it, it's a fun game

9 is quite easy... you need to pass under the monster and than go back a bit lower to hit the bubbles from the stationary arrow place up arrow underneath...hope this helps

It's an enjoyable game. So far haven't had many problems, but the tutorial levels are a little vague. Took a break half way through, and am going to finish it now if I can. If you guys still need help with those levels here you go:
