I'm in Room 3, have memo, another paper or item, and password, but can't find key

You need to look at memo, then

double click on bucket, and find password among letters/words

I have

used the scrambled word from the screen name on one of the keys, and then used different keys until I got a real word

I did get a real word finally but the password box hasn't given me green letters yet.
