Haven't done this series before and really not getting it. Hmm.

Found a 4th word, still don't know what they mean.

People, Energy, Wind, Develop

The vents on the back could represent a clock. You can zoom in again at the 12 position but nothing is showing itself there.

I stopped the fan from the back (don't know how ), but it started again.

This one seems to be more difficult than the previous games

So we got a sentence

People develop wind energy

And we got some highlighted letters.

We got the dot switches; and we need also a 4-letter code

Cracked the code. Inside base now.

Wind, Develop, People, Energy. The last letter becomes first letter of next word. WDPE
