All I can think to start is to

set the time to 19:26 (with moon showing)

I think its something to do with :

the square symbols on the back. maybe the highlighted corners are showing us the directions for the stopwatch bit at the top?

I tried but it didnt work. Maybe im doing it wrong?
or
maybe this is another clue :

the numbers 3 and 9 could mean something to do with which way you read the symbols?

edit: no, that makes no sense....back to the drawing board

edit: OH WAIT!! it does!!

use the stop watch bit at the top and just follow the arrows on the back

the first time you press it (to get the direction arrows to come up) counts as the first in sequence

YAY! Completed!!
