I have no idea how to beat level 23.

I made it all the way through 472 points, ranked No. 6!

Lob a couple of discs on top of the hanging balloons, and then shoot the balloons to make them swing the disc on the DJ

How are you getting the game to start? All the levels show up as locked, and my "Shots fired" count is the letter a. And this is on two different computers with three different browsers.

I started at level one I'll try it on a different machine, but it worked fine in FF.

Chrome, IE, and FF all show every level, even level 1, as locked. Between that and the troubles I had with the Aztec Temple game, I'm thinking maybe I should just do work today instead of playing games.
