Here's the solution for Level 39

The left field:
An up arrow under the red button, a right arrow above the red button, three fields to the right of that is a down arrow, two fields under that is a left arrow.

The upper field:
A right arrow above the red button, two fields on the right is a down arrow, two fields below is a left arrow and under the red button is an up arrow.

The lower field:
A right arrow four fields from the food stand.

The right field:
Left of the key is a right arrow, right of the key is an up arrow, above that is a left arrow two fields to the left of that is a down arrow.

The middle field:
I think its easiest to number the fields from left to right, from up to down, which would be:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
8 9 10 11 12 13 14
15 16 17 18 19 20 21
22 23 24 25 26 27 28
So, the cow stands on No. 14 and the red button is on No. 25.
The arrows are:
No. 2 = right
No. 4 = up
No. 8 = left
No. 9 = up
No. 10 = down
No. 11 = right
No. 16 = down
No. 17 = left
No. 22 = up
No. 28 = left

Should be right.

In the field where the key is:
A right arrow left of the key, a down arrow five fields right of the key, a left arrow two fields down from there, an up arrow six fields on the left of that (or two fields down from the right arrow)

In the field where the cow is:
A left arrow in the field down of the cow (behind it's butt ), an up arrow two fields on the left of that, a left arrow two fields on the right of the gutter (or six fields up from the up arrow)

The left field(s):
An up arrow underneath the lower red button, a right arrow left of that, a down arrow five fields above that (the right arrow), a right arrow three fields above the lower red button, a up arrow five fields on the right from that one, a left arrow right of the upper red button, a down arrow two fields on the left from the upper red button, a left arrow two fields down from that, an up arrow three fields on the left of that.
