All 16 in 9 minutes w/o help. Good game. The pawn one had me for a couple of seconds. The ones that I got stuck on the most were the password-like ones.

you spin them as many times as a tv is in that row , eg row three, 3 tvs, spin 3 times

Each screen will show only 3 of the 4 colors.
