There's a lightswitch somewhere, which you need to press.

As I recall, it's close to the left edge and somewhere in the upper half

To do this question you need to

click the hammer on the clock face.

Hammer+clock = hammer time

It is in the middle, on the far left... and you don't want to know what happens when you click it!

There's a thing to click just under the level number. Place cursor there while the bomb is being lit and wait to be able to press it.
