I'm stuck on the last 4 on the first (new) line; the 1st (originally #1) one of the 1st line; the 5th (originally #12) one of the 3rd line and the 2nd (originally #16) one of the 4th line. I've found the clues, but I'm not sure how they apply.
Can anyone help me please?

ok I've now done #12
Coolio: copy and paste the text that you reveal onto BabelFish and it should appear before you translate it! And for the orange ones you have to find a word that goes before the other three.
Hope that helps

jack, is there a way to calculate the puzzle with the jump off of a tall building or did you just brute force that as well?
EDIT: Oh nevermind, I realized that was puzzle 16, so you'd already answered that.
EDIT 2: Okay is it possible to get a hint for either of these? The traffic light, the Pepsi, the stereogram next to the Pepsi (I CAN'T do those things! ), the film/y/ing on, the strange morse code that puts 12 dots and dashes, and the cipher one, the last two both in fourth row and cyan.

The spacing is not correct after the first letter. You need to readjust the spacing to spell a word.
For the cipher:
I used oneacross.com. It will decode everything but the answer correctly. There will be a few letters that are certain in the answer though, and if you use the crossword dictionary portion of the site there won't be many words that come back. I didn't decode the answer by the method mentioned after deciphering the rest of it since it really wasn't necessary.
SamWyatt:
I brute forced the octave/driving one. After doing 1 to 1000 without any luck I switched to multiples of a thousand and got it that way. It didn't take long. I'll narrow it down a little further for you:
It's >20000 and <70000
For the second driving one its a color outside the visible spectrum
Did the third set of questions open up for either of you? I still need four of them over there; Three black ones and a cyan one.
