when i try to convert 3 to numbers, then to letters, it still doesn't mean anything to me

Convert it to 4 numbers then convert these number to hexadecimal

Break the line up in 7 lines of 47 characters using a texteditor

And last:

quinch your eyes and see what the '0's spell
