Sumz is the latest game by Wellgames (also creators of Glassez 1&2, Patchworkz etc.).
"In this multiplayer puzzle math game, your task is to collect necessary sum rotating the digits in the squares to clear the playfield from the spheres. The sum that you have to collect will change from the level to level. It can be collected horizontally or vertically.
Controls: right, left arrow keys - to move the figure; up, down arrow keys- to rotate digits; space – fast drop."

i really dont get how to play!its quite annoying!

On top of the playing field it says for example "collect 10"
So the sum of the blocks has to be 10 to make them disappear. So if a ball says e.g. 2, then you have to get a 8 next to it or on top to get rid of it.
or 5 and 3 next to it.

Yeah, it took me a while to get this as well. It doesn't say in the tutorial, that everything must add up to 10 (it may be a different number on higher levels).

Though it clearly look and feels like a kids game, it is actually a bit more tricky than one might think. (Not to say it isn't a kids game, just there's more to it than adding a few numbers... well actually, that is exactly all there is to it... but then there's strategy in making the numbers add up).

So... are you always playing against other people on-line? I find that hard to believe.

I am not sure, if you really play with others though it looks like
there is someone else playing. But I don't care, this is a simple
but clever game. And the first time they made decent music
without getting on your nerves.

Nice game and it is always different because of the choices
you have to make.

And: I had the same problem "to count to ten" because it is
not mentioned in the tutorial.

it takes me to the screen, shows me the title of the game then just keep the background

I'm not sure if I can help, but if you don't have the latest Flash Player, you might try to update it to version 9.
Or try another browser (internet program).

Nice little game, but I had to stop playing, the music got so annoying!
